For over a decade, Rebecca has been a fitness enthusiast. Whether it's Barre, CrossFit, Yoga, Spinning, Pilates, or just hiking and biking Rebecca is down and ready for the challenge.
As an instructor, Rebecca will have you sweating and laughing!
Form and alignment are a major focus of Rebecca's teaching
style while packing major punch to get comfortable with
being uncomfortable. Sometimes called "the punisher",
Rebecca strives to help you to push through physical and mental
boundaries in a safe and effective way.
Rebecca has worked in the world of barre fitness for almost a decade. She is currently a certified barre instructor at Studio Barre Austin and teaches 7 classes a week.
